Responsibilities
1. Veronika Minina supervises HSE activities related to:
- Investment, capital construction, renovation, and reconstruction of HSE premises;
- Land and estate management of HSE
- HSE’s development in the field of property complex.
2. Performs the following duties:
- Developing HSE’s investment policy, land policy and estate management, ensuring their implementation and supervision.
- Organising the development of upcoming and current investment, capital construction and reconstruction plans, putting into service completely constructed HSE premises and floor spaces, overseeing their execution;
- Overseeing the organisation of HSE premises’ renovation, use of HSE floor spaces, accommodation of HSE employees and students in academic and administrative buildings;
- Monitoring compliance with the requirements and legislation of the supervisory authorities in coordinated trends and spheres of the University’s activities.
3. Supervises the activities of the following directors:
- Director for Capital Construction and Renovation;
- Director for Land and Estate Management.
4. Supervises the activities of:
- Capital Construction and Renovation Office;
- Office for Land and Estate Management;
- Ruza Event Venue;
- Izmalkovo Event Venue;
- Comprehensive development of Ruza Event Venue Izmalkovo Event Venue.

‘Asian Studies is a New High Tech for Russia’
Russia's pivot to the East requires balanced actions, as well as knowledge of the languages, cultures, and traditions of Asian countries. Without this, Russian businesses will not be able to work there effectively. Experts and government representatives discussed the issue and the experience of Russia's regions working in Asia at ‘The Pivot to the East: The Regional Dimension’, the first interregional conference held by HSE University with the support of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.
‘The Issue of Student Housing Can Be Considered Resolved at HSE University’
HSE University experts took part in ‘Rental Housing—Development Opportunities’, a session at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia. They discussed how to create a transparent rental housing market and talked about the system of rental housing for HSE students.
